1. Controller
Devam is developed and published by Mustafa Özen; Mulixo is the brand name used. This policy explains how personal data is handled in the Devam app and in support communication. Contact: [email protected].
2. In short
- You can use Devam without an account; your trackers then stay only on your phone.
- If you sign in with Apple or Google, your trackers are backed up to your account and, with Premium, synced across your devices.
- We show no ads, use no analytics or crash-reporting SDK and do not track users; we do not sell your data or share it with third parties.
3. What we process and why

4. Sensitive data
Trackers such as prayer, fasting or Quran reading can reveal religious beliefs; water, smoking, alcohol, medication, sleep, steps and similar trackers can reveal health information. We treat this as sensitive data and use it only to show, back up and sync the trackers you add — never for ads, profiling or any other purpose. Without an account it never leaves your phone.
Your location stays on your phone: prayer times are calculated on the device and location is not sent to our server.
5. Where data is stored and who we work with
Our server is in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, Falkenstein).
- Apple and Google: sign-in.
- RevenueCat: subscription status.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: notifications.
- App Store and Google Play: payments. We never see your payment details.
We do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.
6. Retention
- As long as your account exists.
- When you delete your account, your account, trackers, photo, feedback, sessions and notification tokens are deleted from our server immediately; if you signed in with Apple, the app’s link to your Apple ID is revoked as well.
- Server backups are deleted automatically after 14 days. Encrypted backup copies stay in cloud storage (Google Drive) for up to 30 days, plus about 30 days in the trash.
- Subscription and purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own terms.
7. Your rights and deletion
You can exercise your rights (access, correction, deletion, objection, etc.) by writing to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.
- In the app: Settings › Delete account and all data.
- In the app: Settings › Export (CSV or JSON).
- If you cannot open the app: request account deletion on the web.
8. Children
Devam is not designed for children under 13.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we update this page and announce important changes in the app.
