Account and data deletion

Delete in the app

1. Open Devam.
2. Settings › Hesabı ve tüm verileri sil (Delete account and all data).
3. After you confirm, your account and all its data are deleted from our server immediately and cleared from your phone.

Before deleting you can download your data from Settings › Export (CSV or JSON).

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot open the app, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with the subject “Account deletion”. If you used Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, mention it; we may ask for details to find the account. We complete the request within 30 days and confirm it to you.

Deleted with your account

• Account data: name, email, Apple or Google ID, profile photo and display name
• Trackers, entries, streaks, badges and settings
• Sessions, device list and notification tokens
• Feedback you sent and its screenshots
• If you used Sign in with Apple, the app’s link to your Apple ID

Delete some data without deleting the account

You can delete individual trackers or entries in the app; they are removed from the server at the next sync. You can also request deletion of specific data by email.

Data kept for a limited time

• Server backups are deleted automatically after 14 days.
• Encrypted backup copies stay in cloud storage (Google Drive) for up to 30 days, plus about 30 days in the trash.
• Subscription and purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own terms. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in the store.

If you used the app without an account, your data is only on your phone; deleting the app is enough.
