1. Service

Devam is provided by Mustafa Özen. It is a personal tool for tracking daily habits such as water, prayer times, time spent, streaks and similar.

Prayer times are calculated on the device with the selected method and may differ from local calendars by minutes. Smoking, water, medication, sleep and similar trackers and the goals and times in templates are not medical advice; follow your doctor for medication and measurement times.

2. Account

• You sign in with Apple or Google; your account security depends on those accounts.
• Without an account your data stays only on your device and cannot be recovered if the device is lost.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings › Delete account and all data).

3. Devam Premium

• Premium is an auto-renewable yearly or monthly subscription through the App Store or Google Play.
• A 7-day free trial may be offered with the first subscription; the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period.
• Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from; manage your subscription in your store account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
• If Premium ends, 3 trackers stay active (you choose which); the others become read-only and are not deleted.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, harm the servers or try to access other accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available and error-free but cannot guarantee it.

6. Apple

For the App Store version, Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
